Update on Deaneth

So much happened yesterday and last night ... They performed another lengthy test late in the afternoon and waited and waited to get the results. During this whole time, Deaneth kept saying she just wanted to go home, but she kept having episodes which they couldn't really say were seizures or not (that was frustrating). But each time they kept getting worse and worse. They told her that her situation wasn't life threatening and she and Jody were so tired so they came home. After Jody walked in the door, Van (his dad) called upset saying that she had another attach which was so much worse and he wanted to get her somewhere fast. So Jody rushed back to pick them both up and took off for Tyler. Deaneth's sister lives there and she was adamant about her being there because she knows a lot of great doctors there. As of last night after she got there she had another bad episode which they now confirm are definitely seizures. The are giving her medication to control them and did another CAT scan and chest xray last night. Now we are just waiting to hear from the doctors there on what the next steps should be. Deaneth's mother was out of town at a dairy convention and her flight wasn't schedule to come in until tonight. No one wanted to worry her until she got in, but we broke down and told her and she has caught an earlier flight and should be in at around 10 this morning.

I will keep trying to update. I feel as if the phone has been glued to my ear and my mouth is so dry from talking to everyone, but I don't mind because it makes me realize how many great friends and family we have. We are so blessed to have these people behind us with prayers and caring words. Thank you!
